The REACH Model is one of the most powerful interventions of Positive Psychology. It is easy to understand, but difficult to apply in everyday life.  

In this workshop, we are working, step by step and exercise by exercise, through the workbook of Everett L. Worthington, Jr., PhD, from the Virginia Commonwealth University, who developed the REACH Model of Forgiveness, after the murder of his mother in 1996.

The Workbook we will use is: Your Path to REACH Forgiveness: Become a More Forgiving Person in Less Than Two Hours. It can be downloaded here, in word format, to be filled electronically or to be printed out and filled in by hand.

This workbook has 12 ten-minute exercises, and it takes you about two hours to complete on your own. In our workshop, we will discuss the REACH model, and will explain each exercise, so that you can be sure to understand all steps and do all exercises properly.  

Our REACH workshop takes place every last Saturday of the month, ONLINE with Zoom, from 10:00 to 15:00 CET (10 am to 3 pm), with a break between 12:00 and 13:00 (noon).
